Ahh the time before Coachella. We were so young and spry. But also naive.
Our time was focused on climbing and other getting-to-know people adventures.
A lot of partying went down. It was basically like this:

Of course this all changed in Indio…

This was our darkest time.
It was never made tangible, but it was abundantly obvious all around.
This time was very hard for me. I thought a lot, and wished for better times.
It would take time to return to the brightness.

We had just met each other. Everything was fresh and new.
To be honest, it was very exciting. Most interactions were a rush, and Garrett would go home to think about how excited he was for his new friend, and when he would see him next.

This period was characterized by Andrew Xue being part of the well-defined trio.
